These terms cover the hosted service at https://grants.thelconsulting.com. The code is MIT licensed. This page matches TERMS.md in the repository.

  • Free. No account and no fee.
  • As is. The service is provided without warranty of any kind. Results come from federal APIs and can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Check the source record (every result links to it) before relying on it.
  • No uptime promise. The service may be slow, rate limited, changed or shut down at any time without notice.
  • Upstream terms apply. Data comes from Grants.gov, NIH RePORTER and NSF Award Search. Their terms and usage limits apply to your use of that data. Links are on the privacy page.
  • Fair use. Requests are limited to 60 per minute per IP. Do not try to get around the limit.
  • No liability. To the extent the law allows, Thel Consulting is not liable for any loss or damage from using the service.
  • Not affiliated with or endorsed by any federal agency.
